Its a very useful video for all of us here as we all know we will face this "tell me about yourself" question in an interview sooner or later. I like how he broke down on where to start on answering this question. The biggest take away from this video I would say would be how he broke down this open handed question by asking back the interviewer, ''which part of my working experience would you want to know about''. This makes it much simpler for both parties. Another way to come back at this question was to say your strengths of your previous job and follow it through with your past working experience which supports your strength you just quoted. By looking at this video, I get to know that, yes, the government is encouraging people to take on skills that is useful to the future, and it is making an effort to do it.
