Jennifer McClean at Mind Yourself

I am a hypnotherapist with a particular interest in working with young people and their families. I have put together this collection of resources to help families with a wide range of issues. Many of the resources have nothing to do with hypnotherapy and that’s fine- there are a number of ways to reach solutions. But I am comfortable dealing with each of these areas, so don’t hesitate to get in touch if you would like to discuss anything. Life always has its challenges, and I know we live in times of privilege and plenty, but I doubt there has been a more complex time to grow up than now. Navigating a socially connected world, while facing academic challenge, expectations of body image, as well as the usual fears, phobias, friendship and self-esteem issues there have always been. At Mind Yourself I offer fast and effective solutions to life's issues. I’m solution focussed rather than dwelling on what has been, so many clients see change after just one session. I’m based in North London, but can work anywhere via FaceTime or Skype. I specialise in working with young people because that is what I love. I have 20 years of experience in pastoral education, and a masters degree focussing on early intervention strategies to ensure good student emotional health. I see adult clients too, and work with whole families. If you want to know more, please get in touch. I can be contacted at hello@mindyourself.solutions or call me now on 07512791123
