I min verkstad på Andra Långgatan i Göteborg tillverkar jag en småskalig produktion av handgjorda bruksföremål i porslin och stengods. Min keramik är drejad eller kavlad och lagd i form. Jag arbetar med dekaler och screen tryck för att få fram mönstren på min keramik som är inspirerad och tagen från äldre tapeter och tyger.

Then, this intervention was re-written and published in 1974 under the name Télévision . Today we take a virtual trip to Portugal where we will take a peek into this stunning country home in Palmela , which is not far from Lisbon. This is the refuge of interior designer Monica Penaguião . The building itself is simple and rustic, it’s the mix of modern furniture that gives color to the various rooms. The lounge area (top image) is stunning. Thick mattresses and cushions made from Turkish fabrics are great for an afternoon nap.

The floor in the back room is finished, and it is beautiful. I couldn’t be happier. What used to be the dirtiest, most neglected and depressing room in the house is now unbelievably peaceful, clean, and fresh. I saw the floor in the daylight for the first time on Saturday, and it was like one of those dreams you have where you discover a room in your house that you never knew was there before. When we got a tiny glimpse of Peaches' home last year in a house call , we knew that we needed to see more. Her home has an undeniable sense of happiness and fun. She has a knack for making beautiful objects out of unusual materials, and those who read Peaches' blog have long known the kind of whimsy and charm her many DIY projects possess. Now we get to see how they all fit together to make a wonderfully charming home.
After my post on the overly glamourous facade of design blogs , a minor storm cooked up in the Swedish design blogosphere. It all started with this post written by Frida at Trendenser, where she totally misinterpreted the whole discussion and made it into something completely different, and then her readers starting making lots of posts telling everyone how they don't want to see dirty dishes on design blogs. As if someone ever suggested that? If you are one of those people who thinks this discussion is about posting ugly stuff, please read this post , and understand that it is all about showing your more human side, not about showing bad photos of your messy home. I added the instagram widget here on my blog, not to make things uglier, but to give you a glimpse of my everyday life, since I never post about that.
