Photoshop and Lightroom Tutorials

For this tutorial we take a look at how the Post-Crop Vignette feature in Lightroom 3 helps us to add a bit of style to the image, but more importantly, it also helps to direct the viewer’s focus towards the central regions of a photograph, when that effect suits our purposes. It’s not uncommon even after a bit of retouching that relatively bright areas around the edge of the frame can pull our attention from the main subject; this feature is a great way to handle that problem. It’s quite an intuitive and efficient process once you get the hang of it, and can help you to add that “final touch” to some of your best shots.
