A hole punch works great–it’s the easiest, fastest, best way to get little circles of magnets. For larger circles, we tried a razor blade circle cutter. It leaves a mark in the center of the cutout, but can cut the edge neatly. A circle cutter marketed for foam board that we tried works fine for marking the surface of the magnet. The outer plastic circle requires a large area of material to rest on for cutting, but the tool can cut through the magnet with some effort.

The Boxx Scooter Gets Ready to Roll. Though not as relentlessly rectilinear as Joey Ruiter's wicked Moto Undone motorcycle, designer Eric Vaughn's Boxx scooter is an innovative transportation design with a similarly unconventional shape.
Portland- based Vaughn, who has until now stuck with leaking a slow trickle of press images, finally debuted the Boxx to the public at this week's Portland International Auto Show. What makes the Boxx so unique is how an often overlooked element of the vehicle—its initial distribution to consumers—has directly informed its physical design. If you were in cyberspace, surfing the World Wide Web, chances are you were waiting a long time for pages to load, laughing at the first Internet meme and suffering through some god-awful graphics. Cameramail cameras. First, a brief introduction to cameramail. The idea is not completely original, I'm sorry to admit. While working on a mail-art project for school, I saw Daniel Farrell and Richard Kegler of the website P22 document an impressive number of odd forms of correspondence between their two addresses in upstate New York. One of the last experiments displayed on their site was a camera attached to a postcard and plastered with stamps.
