That's been an ongoing lesson for some fifth-grade pupils from Springfield Local Schools who have been involved in a program developed in cooperation with the 577 Foundation in Perrysburg. The fruits - actually vegetables - of their labor will be apparent when the youngsters return as a class in September to harvest their crops. " The soaker hoses are flimsy junk. ALL FOUR of the first soaker hoses broke when we were arranging them in the beds last spring. Gardener's Supply instantly replaced them, with their typical fantastic customer service. Things went along well for three months, and now ... the SOAKER HOSES ARE FAILING AGAIN. I just went out to the garden (everything's on a timer) and heard water rushing. Of course now I can't fix this. SO DISAPPOINTED in the quality of these hoses.
