The Student Room. The Slow School of Business - Carolyn Tate. The Slow School of Business (Slow School) is an unconventional business school for people passionate about building a purpose-driven and prosperous business that makes the world a better place. Why ‘Slow’ you ask? In a world where fast-change, fast-profit and short-term thinking dominates, the slow movement advocates a cultural shift towards slowing down. It’s an ideology that espouses that fast is not better, and that a conscious and mindful approach often yields faster and better results. Slow School first came into life in June 2014. Since then we’ve hosted more than 25 dinners, classes and courses with around 500 participants. It’s been a huge six months of ups and downs and we’re happy to share The Truth about Slow School and the lessons learnt.

Slow School is all about collaborative and experiential learning. Robert Moorman won the 2014 Peoples Choice Award for the ‘Is there a TED talk in you?’ At Slow School, we’re all about Purpose.

©Happylab We Demain : Happylab, comment ça marche ?
