Restoration work on the historical fencing halls (situated in the main building of the 19th century Naval College) focused on three units of the building housing the Arms Rooms, a military construction dating back to the second half of the 18th century, part of the Arsenal Military Facilities and which has played a key role in the history of the city of Cartagena.
