CogDogRoo - Dominoe 50 Ways

http://cogdogroo.wikispaces.com/Dominoe+50+Ways Note! 50+ Ways is no longer being updated here but over at the new site for 50+ Web 2.0 Ways to Tell a Story -- http://50ways.wikispaces.com/ It has more organizational features and includes ways for you to add content to the site once you join the new wiki. Just to prove it can be done, I am going to try and tell the same story as an example for every tool in the list . Previously, I created a short story originally as a video assembled from still images and audio that was submitted for a 60 Second Story contest Every story is based on my storyboard and assembled images on flickr and in Picasa -- a number of tools allow you to directly import media from these storage sites. Below are examples of the same story (over and over again!) I was able to create in the 50+ tools, with both linked versions (on the tool's web site) and embedded versions, using the code provided to embed a media player into this web site.

Personal branding encourages everyone to have their own websites, but many people don't know how to add a shopping cart, or how to choose one of the other more complicated ecommerce services, plus they don't want to pay a pricey web designer. Wazala makes adding a shopping cart to your existing blog or website simple, easy, and affordable for even the least internet-savvy entrepreneur. http://www.listio.com/

Last night I was talking with Bob Stumpel who runs the Web 2.0 Group on OpenBC . Bob told me about the comprehensive list of Web 2.0 services currently available (usually in beta) — which he has posted and, I assume, the group is keeping current. Although I continue to be repulsed by the term Web 2.0 , I still thought I was keeping pretty current until I took a look at Bob’s list.
