On 24 February 2010 we published our Strategic Plan, setting out our strategy and programme of work for the years up to 2013. This document is the successor to the first AJTC work programme, published in July 2008, and complies with our obligation under the Tribunals Courts and Enforcement Act to formulate such a programme and send a copy to the Lord Chancellor and the Scottish and Welsh Ministers.
