The Future of Health NowPu-erh Tea - Radiance Tea House - NYC

A fermented tea from China. It’s referred to as “thousand year tea”. It’s fermented from tea leaves that are sometimes from tree’s 1700 years old. It is fermented specifically with microbes. The tea is said to have the following benefits.. Originally I heard for the first time about this tea from our FOHN community friend Rich Roll on a guest blog post he contributed to Tim Ferriss’s site which you can read here. When I first read the above blog post I immediately went to the Amazon link Rich provided however quickly discovered the tea was sold out.

So when I found out that the Radiance tea house which my friends Edward & Partycia Loh took myself and Jefferey Dudalaho out to in NYC had Pu-erh I ordered it off the menu immediately to experiment with it for myself.. I always love experimenting with new health products services and information. In the event that you’re interested in experimenting with this tea for yourself feel free to (Hopefully :O)) find some here: Sincerely, 8 Nutrients Every Person Needs To Boost Health. 8 Nutrients Every Person Needs To Boost Health

When you transition to a healthier diet, it is important to educate yourself about the nutrients your body will need on a daily basis. It's important to learn how to create a balance of protein, carbohydrates and quality fats with each meal. There are eight essential nutrients including protein, iron, zinc, magnesium, calcium, B12, iodine and Essential Fatty Acids which are necessary to boost and optimize our health. 1. Home Lohas brings hydroponic gardening into your room, rabbit guard not included. While running between booths at Computex earlier this month, we were momentarily distracted by these vegetable boxes (maybe it was lunch time as well).

As it turned out, this product was launched by Taiwan-based Home Lohas around the same time as when the expo started. The company pitches its hydroponic gardening appliance -- so the vegetables rely on nutritious water instead of soil -- as a hassle-free, low-power solution for growing your own greens, plus it's apparently the only solution in the market that doesn't need water circulation. With its full spectrum LED light, air pump and timers, harvest time can apparently be reduced by about 30 percent. It's simply a matter of filling up the water tank, adding the necessary nutrients and placing the seeded sponge on the tray (the package includes three types of organic fertilizers and some seeds). The Last Time CO2 Was This High, Humans Didn't Exist. The last time there was this much carbon dioxide (CO2) in the Earth's atmosphere, modern humans didn't exist.

The Last Time CO2 Was This High, Humans Didn't Exist

Megatoothed sharks prowled the oceans, the world's seas were up to 100 feet higher than they are today, and the global average surface temperature was up to 11°F warmer than it is now. As we near the record for the highest CO2 concentration in human history — 400 parts per million — climate scientists worry about where we were then, and where we're rapidly headed now. According to data gathered at the Mauna Loa Observatory in Hawaii, the 400 ppm mark may briefly be exceeded this month, when CO2 typically hits a seasonal peak in the Northern Hemisphere, although it is more likely to take a couple more years until it stays above that threshold, according to Ralph Keeling, a researcher at the Scripps Institute of Oceanography. CO2 levels are far higher now than they have been for anytime during the past 800,000 years.
