The problem is that this sense of priorities is rarely known to all employees and most of the time they feel that it is always the same who are the beneficiaries.

Il présente ma vision de la pratique et la conduite d’une veille dans une entreprise 2.0. Définir l’entreprise 2.0 serait une vaine tentative qui la fige dans un cadre qui va à l’encontre de ses caractéristiques intrinsèques. Ainsi, il est plus pertinent de parler de ce qui caractérise une entreprise 2.0 : agile, fonctionne et s’appuie sur un réseau de compétences et mobilise à leur juste valeur les applications logicielles dites sociales.
Une entreprise 2.0 est alors un terrain fertile, d’échanges métier entre pairs, entre travailleurs de savoirs, entre professionnels. Panorama des outils 2.0 au service de la veille.
