I think the thing you are looking at now, your computer is going to be a be factor in world communication. Already is. I 'talk' to people from all over the world via a translator on my comp. Information, if given and taken correctly, will be one of our salvations. I know it can be used for ill, and is. But I'm betting on the smarter, cooler minds to prevail. (knock wood) Thanks Dolores by drszusz Aug 31

Those old chestnuts...War, famine, inequality.... by drszusz Aug 22

Just a thought on what you said about humans not being smart enough. I've always had the oppinion that us mere humans are not mentally equipt to comprehend most of the true nature of 'reality'. And to me that's a good thing. My 'spirituality' is largely based in the fact that I CAN'T know The Ultimate Ground of Being. There is great power in that for me. And that isn't a religious statement as I hope you can see. by drszusz Aug 22

I do learn a lot from organized religion, but it's not nessesaraly possitive. by drszusz Aug 22

Not to pick nits Dolores, but Buddhism isn't a religion. (It's practiced that way by some in Japan, but traditionally it has no deity, I do consider it 'spiritual' though) Alan Watts wrote that 'religion' is the politics of spirituality, not nessesary. I adhear to that pretty much. by drszusz Aug 22

I am very encouraged by the seemingly increasing interest in Eastern Thought in
the West. Buddhism being one of the major traditions. It can only be good for the west, in my humble oppinion. And the rest of the world of course! Peace Love Light, Philip by drszusz Aug 22

Can't you drag it to the buddhist sites and drop it? Do you still have the help pearl? It may have the best answer for you. :}
Thanks so much for being a part of this team and for your contributions. by mrspagel Jul 27

Great to be in touch with all you fine beings :D I have one question. After I became a member of this team I was trying to add a pearl to my own personal pearl tree and it completely took it off of the larger "buddhism sites" page. How can I get the pearl, but avoid taking it away from the larger group? by phillyc7787 Jul 27
