L.A. ART MACHINE - INTERNATIONAL URBAN ART FESTIVAL
Earlier last month saw the completetion of this impressive and eye catching project by the Agents Of Change for the Megaro Hotel and Karpo restaurant. What looks to be one of London's largest street art / graffiti murals has been painted by the four members of Agents of Change – Remi/Rough, Steve More, LX.One and Augustine Kofie with assistance from David Shillinglaw. The project encompasses the two sides of a five storey Georgian building located directly opposite St. Pancras International Station in Kings Cross, London.

NICK WALKER ha utilizado su clásico V-Man para crear una explosión de colores en la ciudad de Chicago. ARRESTED MOTION ha publicado una enorme cantidad de fotos (de Tyler Curtis y DarkRoom Demons) no sólo del mural en sí, si no de todo el proceso creativo. Rene Gagnon - "The Bomber". 2006 BANKSY ha ido en la dirección contraria; un stencil simple, delicado, en el que una garza de papel esta a punto de comerse un pez. De momento no se sabe ni la localización de la pieza.

April, 19 Uhr: “Anlässlich des 9ten Jubiläums der Reihe PARTY ARTY stellt der Kunstraum Kreuzberg/Bethanien eine breite Auswahl der KünstlerInnen aus, die in den neun Jahren die Klubnächte mit ihren Arbeiten veredelt haben. Angefangen in Friedrichshains kleinem, feinem Klub Lovelite hat PARTY ARTY eine Reise über den Keller des Festsaal Kreuzbergs, den Club 103, diverse Offlocations bis hin zur Ritter Butzke gemacht und ist zu einer festen Größe im Berliner Nachtleben geworden. Arbeiten von knapp 100 zeitgenössischen KünstlerInnen wurden gezeigt, ebenso viele DJs und Bands spielten auf und knapp 50 Poeten griffen sich das Mikrofon.
Santiago, Chile ROA was in Chile as a guest of Mono Gonzalez , a local muralist who runs an open air gallery project with Roberto Hernandez, 'Museo A Cielo Abierto de San Miguel'. A new mural project, made with a group on 15 inmates in the "Maximum Security" zone on Rebibbia, the main prison in Rome. The mural was co-ideated and painted by me and the inmates during a 3 weeks workshop.

Last night in London, SAN attended the opening of RONE and Tom French's 'Don't Look Back' show at ZeroCoolGallery which is a neatly tucked space into the building that houses the Red Bull Studio on Tooley Street, not far from London Bridge and resting in the shadow of Europe's tallest building The Shard. RONE's work is instantly recognisable from his trademark street pieces, here he has been granted the time to produce large, detailed canvases and mixed media collages to deliver some visually stunning pieces of gallery work. The massive 180 x 230cm feature piece, 'Don't Look Back' is a classic RONE and could have been pulled straight from a wall in Melbourne, yet it looks completely at home in this South London gallery. Original, thoughtful and striking, RONE's work would stand proud in anyone's living space, not surprising then that many pieces add already attracted the customary gallery 'sold' sticker.This video looks at the street art scene in Baltimore, both legal and illegal. Half way through they feature Gaia and the Open Walls public art project asking if the public art is more beneficial for the community or the developers....
