Su proceso de creación no fue demasiado difícil, sólo tuve que adaptar un modelo que yo ya había creado: la Caja bento con tres divisiones paralelas. Eso sí, la caja bento necesitó unos cambios importantes, pues sus divisiones debían ser profundas para que el cajonero cubriera los cajones. Como quería hacerlo a partir de un cuadrado, terminé con mucho papel extra en los lados. Originalmente hacía los cajones a partir de mi diseño del Estuche semiplano, sacando una de las puntas internas y luego hundiéndolo para que quedara una pestaña en el borde inferior.
