Les étapes de la vie changent, pas les générations. Les nouvelles générations, Y, Z et demain je ne sais quoi continuent de susciter des débats passionnés même si certains de leurs membres ne sont plus si « nouveaux » que cela et ont commencé à faire leur chemin dans l’entreprise.
On lit tout et son contraire sur elles et même s’il existe une sorte de pensée unique qui fait que vous serez peu entendu si vous n’en dites pas ce que tout le monde a envie d’entendre, on arrive quand même à mettre la main sur certaines études qui remettent un peu les pied sur terre. Mais plutôt que de génération Y ou Z c’est de la manière dont se déroulent nos vies professionnelles que je voudrais pour parler pour commencer.
