Although these film shoots almost always attracted the attention of the city's press and residents, none drew a fraction of the attention as the scene filmed on location during a cold night on September 15th in 1954 along Lexington Avenue between 51st and 52nd Street, for a motion picture called "The Seven Year Itch".
