Born Rich - Home of Luxury and Most Expensive things

http://www.bornrich.com/ Property prices in the cosmopolitan cities are continuing to escalate day by day as much as the housing and utility space is getting deficient. Though, people have started using the spaces resourcefully, which becomes apparent with the availability of multi-utility garages like Autospace , but the space demand is surpassing the availability. Such is the case happening in Britain’s capital city, London. While real estate in much parts of the country languishes, property prices in London City are touching the sky, and that includes parking spaces, which are so much in demand that affluent people are splashing out hundred thousands of pounds to get the space for their uber-expensive cars. Catering to this demand, recently a seller has demanded $847,820 for its six-meter space in Knightsbridge, an ultra-expensive residential area.

Hit up Google 's homepage today, and you'll find the company's latest commemorative doodle, this time a celebration of the 126th birthday of Modernist architect Mies van der Rohe. When I was growing up, canning was for old folks and cranks and separatists --oh, and for my parents, who spent every summer of my Virginia childhood scrambling to convert overflowing bushel baskets of fruits and vegetables from their garden into a pantry lined with shelf upon shelf of colorful canning jars, not to mention a stuffed-to-the-rim chest freezer or two. Not for me. I had better, far more important things to do. I can't remember what they were. For me, putting up the very best produce I can find in season--especially if it's homegrown or from a nearby farm--is quite simply a way to spend some marginally productive time in the kitchen, preferably with my family and friends.

Dr. (Doc) Martens has been making the industry’s best shitkickers since we were rebellious kids in high-school. There’s just something iconic about a tall pair of black lace-up boots with an off color sole that makes us want to get drunk, smoke pot and start a riot feel a weird nostalgic connection to the past. http://coolmaterial.com/

Ikea wants to build you a house. Not a pine bookcase, not a nice little side table, not a quirkily colorful kitchen implement -- an entire house. LandProp, the property development arm of the Swedish furniture company, is building and renting out an entire neighborhood of homes in London, according to The Globe and Mail . No, really. http://news.cnet.com/crave/

Check out the Origami – most of the time, first time parents find that going out with a little baby in tow is not an easy task at all, as one needs to figure out all the possible eventualities, and bring along enough provisions. Well, setting up a standard stroller could prove challenging, especially when you are already carrying a couple of bags across your shoulders. Well, the Origami might be able to solve whatever problems you have in terms of being too bulky – as it is the first power folding stroller of its kind in the world. 4moms has developed this particular power-folding stroller, where all it takes is a single touch of the button to fold itself. It is also self-charging for that added bit of independence, since generators located in the rear wheels will juice up the Origami whenever you start to walk – or in the case of a stroller, one would naturally stroll. http://www.coolest-gadgets.com/
