40 Architects' Business Cards for Delivering Your Message the Creative Way. Dear architects, if you ever felt like you needed a head start with a client or are simply on the lookout for a creative way to get to get your message across, today’s post is for you. After some serious research, we gathered a series of architects’ business cards that defy patterns and stand out in any wallet. As you can see in the photos below, most of them feature architecture-related imprints, others even come with an integrated small 3D house. Black, white, gray and blue are the colors preferred by architects when choosing a business card, but who says one has to be this sober? Sometimes bold colors may induce the idea of bold projects and this could eventually attract daring clients and briefs. However, it is very important that a card mirrors the personality of the company/architect.
We invite you to have a look at the examples below for inspiration and complete the list if you have any other interesting examples of architects business card. Cozy, Nature-Embedded Home in Norway: Buholmen Cabin. Located on the Buholmen Peninsula in Norway, this waterfront cabin designed by Oslo-based architecture firm Skaara Arkitekter AS boasts 1,076 square feet of inviting living space. Its exterior is defined by a pine facade and a moss roof, capturing the natural colors of its environment. According to the architects, “the cottage replaces an old cabin and is supplemented with a new outhouse and jetty. The buildings’ two volumes separate living from sleeping areas, and create a protected patio which gives shelter from different wind conditions. A fan-shaped plan opens the cluster towards the south.
The southernmost wing contains the private zone with modest sleeping cabins. The east wing consists of a split-level open living/kitchen area with views across the inlet towards Jomfruland “. The Pierre & Below The Clouds. Recyclebank. Get closer to nature by living in an underground home built from sustainable materials I’ve always wanted to live in an underground dwelling because it’s the closest I’ll ever get to living like a Hobbit, and it seems like the perfect place to go in case zombies attack. Most importantly, underground homes are very eco-friendly and are built directly into the earth, which means they take up less construction material and produce less waste. Plus, they just look cool! Here are 4 underground homes that get my “thumbs up” for being truly green and innovative: 1. This earthen home designed by KWK Promes has a grass roof that absorbs water and helps to regulate temperature inside the home. 2. Designed by Dutch architecture firm SeaRCH and Christian Müller Architects, this beautiful underground home located in a Swiss village has rooms that wrap around an interior courtyard, and they all get flooded with natural light. 3.
This low impact woodland home was built in Wales by Simon Dale. 4. Creative Architecture Ideas. Today’s collection is going to be a mix of amazing exterior and interior architecture designs. Underground fire pit. easy to make. A piece of heaven on earth | Adorable Home. According to its creators Guz Architects, this amazing building is ‘a contemporary tropical bungalow’. But we could not agree with this simple description. The Fish House, as the project is originally named, is a piece of heaven on earth, an architectural height, a modern oasis that would impress everybody.
The house is located in Singapore, just a few meters from the ocean, and to be in unison with the surrounding environment, it is designed with a huge asymmetrical swimming pool and stunning garden on the roof. In addition to this breathtaking architecture you can add an extraordinary futuristic interior featured by amazing spaciousness, light and comfort. Apart from all the open areas, this home invites the sunlight in also through its huge windows revealing a spectacular panoramic view to the ocean. Are you not just “dying” to live here?! Via. Set into the sloping landscape in a very non-intrusive manner, this beautiful, remote, rustic and modern home welcomes with an intriguing entryway of stone and stacked wood pieces... The path you see leads to the three main areas—the main lodge, guest house and the master house.
