We seek individuals who have experience leading students, who have traveled in other countries or cultures, who are enthusiastic about our mission, and who like and want to work with teenagers in a residential setting. A VISIONS leader is a team player first and foremost. The demands of the job make flexibility and a sense of humor indispensable. Each program maintains a 1 to 4 or 5 staff to student ratio, and includes the program director who is a veteran of at least one other season. Our staff return rate is 40 to 60% and hiring is competitive. Employment begins mid-June and finishes late-July to mid-August, depending on the program location.
