Un beau dimanche ensoleillé, un repas de famille, une belle tarte aux pommes sans gluten et sans lait… voilà les éléments essentiels du bonheur selon moi… Cette tarte aux pommes m’a inspiré un petit mémo pratique sur les pâtes à tartes.
Voilà mes recettes de pâte à tarte sans gluten et/ou sans lait simples et rapides à réaliser. Mon conseil : pour parfumer une pâte rien de mieux que de mélanger les farines et d’ajouter graines, épices ou encore herbes aromatiques. Mon accord préféré pour une tarte salée : un mélange farine de riz, farine de pois chiche et estragon. Bonnes tartes ! PÂTE BRISÉE SALÉE 180 g de farine de riz completou 150 g de farine de riz complet + 30 g de farine de sarrasin, de pois chiche, de millet, de maïs 90 g de beurre ou margarine sans laitou 2 c. à s. d’huile d’olive ou de pépins de raisin 1 pincée de se ½ verre d’eau tiède Graines, herbes aromatiques, épices Faites préchauffer le four à 180 °C. Yep I said it. Honestly I would say I loathe it sometimes. I appreciate the sharing abilities of the website but it has killed our self-esteem. My friends and family members love pinterest; you probably love pinterest too but I am slowly getting more annoyed by it. As a Young adult (I think that is what they call the 22 ish demographic), the pins you would make you believe that all of us are looking for a fast paced, valencia filtered, alternative urban lifestyle.
On pintertest, every child’s birthday needs to have a dessert table or party bar now with a theme. I am not even going to go into the way the pinned desserts and meals that are a fusion of everything and anything. Pinterest has made our normal and perfectly daggy and plain lives seem like a sin. When I could eat and drink instant noodles out of piggy porcelain cup instead of jar? I find it magical when you cook the dates to a sticky puree but what is more special is the baking part. " was the first thing I said when I had a spoonful of this soup. Not only had it been a long day on campus, and I had had a really hard workout (my leg muscles are crying), but it was also the beginning of my three day weekend. So, when I finally was able to sit down with this glorious bowl of soup - you can imagine my excitement and shear blissful mind-state. As I'm writing this, I feel almost euphoric! It must be a mix of my workout high (which I'm able to enjoy daily) plus more endorphins being released because of the deliciousness of this SOUP.
I haven't made raw soup in quite some time, it's more of a winter thing for me. Now that the BC winter is coming, I'm getting my comforting-soup cravings! Blended foods are great because not only are raw smoothies and soups FANTASTIC, they are also waaaay easier on your digestive system. Tonight I had a ripe avocado, some frozen organic sweet corn, and tomatoes. 1 tomato 1/3 cup organic sweet corn kernels 1-3 cloves garlic.
