He-Man’s Five Gayest Adventures. When it comes to the classic Filmation television series, He-Man and the Masters of the Universe, it’s not much of a stretch to find homoerotic subtext in its ham-fisted dialogue and hyper-masculine, brutish-ness. However, there are times in the sci-fi hero’s quest to fight the forces of evil with his “fabulous secret powers” that it seems to move beyond mere inadvertent sexual suggestion and right into “oh, that’s just gay” territory.

Here are five of He-Man’s gayest moments. 1. “The Cosmic Comet” In the very first episode of He-Man: MOTU, titled “The Cosmic Comet”, the evil Skeletor harnesses the power of a wandering comet that, ever since its mate was accidentally destroyed, has grown bitter and evil. Under the sorcerer’s control, the comet attempts to stop a self-deprecating old wizard called The Comet Keeper from rebuilding its destroyed lover by attacking him with genital-less, ‘roided out rock men. 2. 3. 4. 5.

Golden Bat (1979) | Cinecutre.com. Título Original: Black Star and the Golden Bat País: Corea del Sur Duración: 60 minutos.

¿Eh? Minefield, an HTML5 massively multiplayer Minesweeper. Well, power armor is generally regarded as being smaller (think Iron Man/Iron Monger size), and is basically the real-life sweet spot for a bipedal suit of sorts since its harder to hit, and augments the capabilities of a soldier. Anything bigger and you start to get issues with the law of diminshing returns, which is why a 2 story tall bipedal mecha (or any sort of legged mecha) will get trounced by a similarly massed traditional treaded tank. rough terrain management is superior in a legged machine, though 4 or 6 would be wiser than 2.

You can't send a tank up a mountain. I guess the main reason for a bipedal mecha design is for agility, but at the cost of sacrificing the amount of firepower they can carry, and also reduced armour. Take a look at Japanese-style mecha designs such as the ones in the Gundam series (just the more basic ones, not the ones that are obviously impossible irl) or the Geckos in MGS4 and you'll know what I mean. Antichamber, a first-person psychological puzzler by Australian independent developer Alexander Bruce, will release on Steam on Jan. 31 after four years in full-time development.

The Escher-inspired exploration game that throws hundreds of topsy-turvy, mind-bending puzzles at the player has already won numerous accolades including the 2012 Independent Games Festival award for Technical Excellence, the Freeplay 2011 award for Best Game and Best Design, was the winner of PAX10 in 2011 and was a finalist at IndieCade and DICE. Speaking to Polygon, Bruce says Antichamber took as long as it did to develop because he didn't want to follow established game design conventions, which meant for much of the game's development he was learning as he was creating.

"There's no roadmap for how to effectively create a game like Antichamber," Bruce says. "It was just a long process of experimenting, failing and experimenting again, over and over until it eventually worked. Tracing the Influence. On Tucker's advice, Dale tries to talk to Allison, but because of his inferiority complex and appearance, he only scares her and her friends. Tucker and Dale arrive at their decrepit cabin and begin repairing it. It's NSFW though), and JonTron is okay, but it's just not as good imo as other "dudes playing bad video games" series' on the 'net, like Gameinformer's Replay, Giantbomb's Quick Looks, or even Continue.

Which is ironic, because Continue and JonTron are part of the same network (...something... boots? I don't remember). But this video is amazing. Stephen Fry explodes balloons with a laser. Indirection. The 5 Most Hilarious Abuses of Video Game Glitches. There are two types of gamers: Those who pick up a game and immediately think, "I will not quit until I have emerged victorious in this grand quest! " and those who think, "I will not quit until I find a glitch that will let me fill this fucking castle with watermelons.

" Actually, I suppose most of us start out as the first one and become the second after we get bored enough. My point is, video game glitches have become the canvas onto which smart-asses create masterpieces. Let us take a moment to appreciate a small sampling of their genius: #5. I don’t really have any idea, though between these two games I guess I’ve spent probably 80 total hours trying to help (save the world from?) Them (it?). When I Google “l’cie” the first sentence I get is “In Final Fantasy Type-0, l’Cie are branded and granted a Focus by the four Crystals of Oriense.” Okay! I don’t know what the hell Final Fantasy Type-0 is; I don’t feel like I’ve ever read the word “Oriense” in my life; why are so many of these words capitalized? I mean this in the bad way: It’s hard for me to remember not knowing Final Fantasy XIII. The battle system is back, screaming nonsense, ridiculous name and all. So they sold out to themselves after all, and now it’s all clogged up. –ben hornsby. Ea_spouse: EA: The Human Story. My significant other works for Electronic Arts, and I'm what you might call a disgruntled spouse. EA's bright and shiny new corporate trademark is "Challenge Everything.

" Where this applies is not exactly clear. Churning out one licensed football game after another doesn't sound like challenging much of anything to me; it sounds like a money farm. To any EA executive that happens to read this, I have a good challenge for you: how about safe and sane labor practices for the people on whose backs you walk for your millions? I am retaining some anonymity here because I have no illusions about what the consequences would be for my family if I was explicit. However, I also feel no impetus to shy away from sharing our story, because I know that it is too common to stick out among those of the thousands of engineers, artists, and designers that EA employs.

Our adventures with Electronic Arts began less than a year ago. Weeks passed. The stress is taking its toll. But can they? Right? As a web designer, it’s important to embrace that your website is going to look different in various browsers and on different devices. Focus on making your website change layout to match the device that your visitors are viewing it on. Here’s the difference between different types of web design and layouts: Fixed websites have a set width, and resizing the browser or viewing it on different devices won’t affect on the way the website looks.

This can require horizontal scrolling and a site that doesn’t look good on tablets or smartphones. Fluid websites are built using percentages for widths. Adaptive websites introduce media queries to target specific device sizes, like smaller monitors, tablets, and mobile. Responsive websites are built on a fluid grid and use media queries to control the design and its content as it scales down or up with the browser or device. Worst RPGs ever.
