Photo: iStockPhoto.com Summer is officially in full swing and with it comes cute shorts, hot weather and hopefully some time spent at the nearest pool, beach or lake. However, all that summer fun can unfortunately give our skin and hair a beating.
Yesterday I was doing a little analysis of the statistics behind dPS as I did a little planning for the coming months on the site and as I looked at them I realised that some of what I was seeing would probably be interesting for you our readership. Things i want to make
So, remember how 2 weeks ago I told you I had a new skirt tutorial? I am just now getting around to creating it, so sorry about the wait! I have had the lace for this skirt for about a year now (seriously), and have finally gotten around to making it. This idea has been in my head for a long time and it's nice to see if finally completed! (you can tell how long it took me to do, because my nail polish changes throughout the tutorial)
It is no secret that I love sweets . In fact, when Lent rolls around each year and I see people giving up sweets, I hide… I don’t want those kind of crazy thoughts to invade my brain.
The ritual of body wax is not recent. Homemade wax goes back to ancient Egypt where women were encouraged to cultivate the ritual of hair free bodies.
Bear with me, this is my first tutorial ever! It's probably too much information but better safe than sorry Last summer I underwent major surgery on my torso which resulted in a prolonged period of the inability to lift my arms. This, combined with the warm weather, made wardrobe prep very important!
July 28, 2010 I’m so excited to post about this!
Add a burst of color to your room with this crafty pouf!
I'm so happy today! I just finished hanging my new Roman Shades in my kitchen! The windows in there had been bare for years and honestly, my neighbors were starting to complain.
Oh I am so excited about this project! Any DIY that takes less than 30 minutes is worth getting excited about, no? These flip flops are so easy, and so so comfortable.
As far as the backyard garden at casa de radmegan goes, most of my vegetables have ceased production for the season. The pitchers on my carnivorous plants are browning. My sweet little alien-like conophytums and lithops were covered up last week to protect against too much rain.
