You have a government — monarchy, republic, whatever; doesn't matter. That government has a treasury, but the treasury has no money in it. Which is fine … so long as you don't actually want your government to do anything.

Brand New: Opinions on Corporate and Brand Identity Work

http://www.beastpieces.com/ For those of you who might not know, printing has pretty a shady past. At one point it was considered the work of Satan (how else could you explain being able to reproduce the Bible so easily?), which is how the profession earned the nickname the “Black Arts.” In full disclosure, there are some who claim this moniker came about because printers were often covered with black ink. Could be, but we like to believe the story with a bit more mystery behind it.

We just got back from Design Ranch 2011 in Hunt, Texas where we were invited to come down and coordinate a screen printing workshop. Thing is, we had no idea how to predict the outcome of the workshop we had concocted. Basically, over the course of three days we ran three workshops where we tried to jury-rig every material in the screen printing process as much as possible. We’d previously done some ultra-ghetto printing with window screen and paper stencils on various occassions in the past so, equally inspired by the genius of this gigposters thread , we attempted to see just how far we could take it. And you know what? It “worked!”
