I know that I can get z-wave outlet plugs and it can probably estimate energy usage from those plugs but as far as I can tell, they have no built in current or voltage monitoring capabilities. Ideally, I would like to accomplish something like this guy has: I have the technical know-how to install Current Transformers (CTs) in my home breaker panel and am pretty power / network savvy.
