The FreeSpace is a '4D' Scenius based on #DeepWealth. Sensemaking and accounting can become and are, one. I am an Open Source Culterator. But that is just the beginning. So is this. [FreeSpace + 'FreeTime'=Free.]

Free is a Techneium. This is also about Gift Economies and Liquid Currencies. As well as Open Source Culture. Conversation IS transformation.

The FreeSpace is a world where Social Architects and Culture Hackers and GameShifters/RoleShifters/MetaShifters/ArcheTypes of all kinds can engage in a space pure learning and of no mistakes. This is a DreamBank, based on Deep Wealth and The Disruption of Life. Welcome to the 3.0 Communites. ("Our Road to Our Perfect World")

Here is an introduction... to both the FreeSpace and me. (Kyle Sykes - The 'Founder' and coherence holder of This Pearltree) - I am about Differentiation-In-Action. I am doing social research. I am a social philosopher. I am going through a semi-writers block but I'm not going to let that stop me from co-dreaming and being a Maker (who also in turns sources and designs MakerLabs/MakerSpaces). It's time we learned how to use our social imagination. Source Teams help make that happen. It's time we learned the langauge and architecture... of Techneiums, liquid currencies and Dreams.

What's 'real' does not matter. Karios: What's possible Now was never possible before. So get to it!

I am a Social Architect. Someone who sees the bigger picture in things and breaks them down (or hacks them) to thier nodes, arcs, and edges and creates (new, resilient, coherical) cultural, elemental, or societal spaces out of them. I design serious games, Liquid Currencies, Hub Culture Tech, Techniuem Games, MetaCode and The Nexus.

I am a reportager (That is not a mistake.) edger and I reciprocate the essence within polymorphic democratization of the FreeSpace(s), social capital and the commons.

I want to hold coherence and resonance. I am not alone. Presencing has is role. Emerge!

I attended the Magellean Courses. Though I am going to be attending college soon again now. It's that I am an Agile learner. I am also am an Emerging Leader. I know how to design labs and source teams. MakerSpaces... MakerLabs.... MakerHomes.

I long to write poems, myths and stories for this emerging new world while engaging in mindful practice and energetic praxis. I'm a Meta-Codex-LifeHacker. You ask what that means?

It means I know that culture is a game... and I want to be the one redesigning the rules... For the Better. Congrats. Your a part of us.

Infrastructure for Creating Thriving Communities | Community Focus that Creates the Future. What would it make possible if every community around the world had infrastructure dedicated to ensuring the best possible quality of life for everyone?

That question has been on our minds a lot lately, as we have thought about what it will take to accomplish Creating the Future’s mission in the 10 years we have given ourselves. To understand this in context will require that we step back a bit. So before we begin this exploration, some background. Mission AccomplishedCreating the Future is a living laboratory, with a 10 year mission: to turn thousands of years of wisdom about possibility and connection into actionable tools and practices that are used commonly in people’s day-to-day lives. The end goal of that mission is the sparking and supporting of a movement to be the world we want to see, right now.

Here’s what we know already: By studying modern sociology, Creating the Future has deconstructed the roots of our current cultural norms – the workplace. His answer: The electric utility. News from Emerging Leader Labs. > Gratitude & Outrageous Results < During the Seed Project we co-created a model for operating a social change incubator. We fuel visionary projects by activating latent social capital to leapfrog typical barriers to start-up (such as funding and legal formalization). In other words, the Labs operate without money in a gift economy. Participation and support from our community provided: work space, host homes, food from local farms and gardens, and time and skills from volunteers, coaches and supporters. > New Opportunities & Needs < All this support has triggered a new wave of energy and activity at our host facility, SolAqua. The Labs have activated a web of relationships and social wealth which has been an honor to witness and experience.

People have started improving the site. We launched a space for personal and social transformation, and its influence is spreading. > Serving & Engaging Community < Come play, learn, share and grow with us. Leadership & Coherence by Arthur Brock on Prezi. Our Theory of Change « The Berkana Institute. The two loops model has been a fundamental piece of The Berkana Institute’s theory of change. As one system culminates and starts to collapse, isolated alternatives slowly begin to arise and give way to the new. In this video Deborah Frieze, Berkana’s former co-president, explains the two loops theory and speaks about the way that our work to name, connect, nourish and illuminate has fit into this model. She also identifies some of the different roles we might play to hospice the dying system, usher in the alternative system and make clear the choice between the two.

We believe that no universal solution exists for the challenges of this time: increased poverty and disease, failing large-scale systems, ecological degradation. Video: Emerging Leader Labs Wrap-up. The 6-week seed project for the Emerging Leader Labs has now come to a close. Above is the final video in a series produced by participant Ben Brownell, providing a glimpse into the happenings on Open House day, where the local community in Chatham was invited to ELL to find out what the initiative is all about and to meet the makers. It’s been fun for me to bring a bit of attention to this worthy initiative during its early stages, and to have had the chance to spend time with the source team and participants who worked hard to get this vision grounded into reality. I’ll be moving on now to some exciting new projects for the fall, but will keep an eye out for what happens next at the ELL!

Stigmergy = environmental mechanisms to coordinate the work of independent actors (cfr. Hint-based Systems) Stigmergic collaboration is essential to the success of large-scale online collaboration projects. To qualify as stigmergy, agents cannot communicate directly with one another, but rather must engage indirectly via a medium.

URL = "Stigmergy is a term used in biology (from the work of french biologist Pierre-Paul Grasse) to describe environmental mechanisms for coordinating the work of independent actors (for example, ants use pheromones to create trails and people use weblog links to establish information paths, for others to follow). The term is derived from the greek words stigma ("sign") and ergon ("to act"). "stigmergy is indirect communication based on modification of the environment. Proper Application: This tool is best used for groups that need to reach agreement about something that can be captured in a document and have some useful starting place. For example, I don’t recommend it for trying to brainstorm something from scratch, but if a group is trying to agree on a plan or strategy, ratify bylaws, or refine a policy, then this is could be the right kind of tool for you.

I’ll be using the process of refining a document as an example. Dynamic Alignment is a tool for complex decision making (not a simple yes/no) for groups of 5 to 5,000 people. It might work for even larger groups or even whole countries, but we’d have to come up with some new interfaces and probably use a method of blind or non-concentrating proxies. (Those proxy processes will be explained in another document.) Background: We invented the term “dynamic alignment” for group decision making in our small company. The first thing we are differentiating is agreement from alignment. The Starting Point: Agile Learning Center Campaign Design. During our time together in our Seed Project, we created an immmersive game where the processes and patterns of our social interactions are made visible and translated into game boards and game pieces. This lets us more easily adapt group processes and modes toward ones that fit the needs of the moment to do whatever a group needs to do together. During our Open House we demonstrated this process by engaging the community in playing to explore answers to the real-life question for the Labs, "How can we source and organize food for our next session?
