Spend some time alone. This came around anonamously, identified as from a "Chinese Tantra Totem" - One definition of a tantra being a statement of principle or religious practice and collections of such principles and practices. It's origins are probably from south Asia such as India and may have followed Hinduism and Buddhism and other related belief and practice systems into East Asia including China. One person who viewed this page responded that they are from the Dalai Lama, but didn't not say which one - which generation. May be. I haven't verified any origins for these sayings.
