I’m going to go out on a limb and call these the 12 Most Stupid Twitter Behaviors that I can think of, off the top of my head, on a rainy Saturday, in June. 1. TrueTwit : Saver of Spam or just wrong?

Promoted Tweets : These are regular tweets that allow brands to more easily reach users who are not following them. You can attach your tweets to a number of keywords so that when searched your tweet will be the first to appear. The increasing popularity of smartphones only underscores this emerging trend. Last year saw iPhone sales doubling while the worldwide sales of smartphones shot up by 24%, and by the end of 2011, they are expected to outsell PCs.
The first thing you'll see is that there's a new version of Facebook Messages. Clicking on the pop-up takes you to this splash page, which explains the benefits and gives you a giant "Upgrade" button to press.
