The weather here in Italy has been beautiful, if not extreamly hot and we have usually been waiting until after 4pm when the heat seems to break a little bit to venture out and explore. The same goes for our workouts. In this heat it’s just not possible to workout in the middle of the day so we have been waiting until the early evenings when it’s cooler to do our training. I know that when it gets really hot out people tend to slack or give up due to the heat – especially when you are traveling or visiting cottages etc. What works for me is keeping my workouts as short and intense as possible.
