Lobbies: transparence nouvelle du Parlement européen - Sauvons l'Europe. Le 30 janvier dernier, un vote important a eu lieu au Parlement européen: les acteurs clés de l’adoption d’un texte législatif ont été soumis à la transparence de leurs rencontres avec les lobbies.

Sont concernés: le Président de la Commission examinant le texte, le rapporteur et les contre-rapporteurs (ou « shadow » dans le jargon local). Ils ont un rôle extrêmement important, car contrairement au Parlement français les députés européens ont un impact réel sur les textes, la procédure proprement parlementaire s’achevant par une négociation de conciliation (dite Trilogue) entre le Parlement, la Commission et le Conseil des Etats. Le Rapporteur a pour travail de rassembler une majorité sur le texte, dans un Parlement où aucun groupe politique n’est dominant, et d’établir un consensus.
