Under the artist name Slynk, the Vancouver-based Australian producer has been releasing tight and funky feelgood jams for a few years to an ever growing following. We’ve been fans of his awesome Ableton Live tutorials videos for quite a while and think that his latest is a pretty definitive take on the creative possibilities of the Vocoder device. Check out the video below as Evan walks you through several different ways of using the Vocoder with vocals (of course), but also for dialing in really funky (and rather Daft Punk-y) tones for bass, drums and percussion.
