It’s made with butter AND cream cheese. It’s dense, chewy, chocolatey and very delicious. I had half a package of cream cheese that needed to be used up and I really wanted chocolate chip cookies so I figured surely there must be a recipe… a quick google blog search led me to baking blonde and a really delicious recipe that’s definitely being added to my regular cookie repertoire!

C’est un bon équilibre entre le frais, le moelleux et le croquant. Zhom n’en raffole pas, donc j’ai profité d’un annif pour en confectionner un ! C’était mmmmm, c’était haaaaaaannnn, c’était encoooore, c’était bouuuuuh yenaplu… Bref, c’était bon ! Vous voulez savoir comment on en fait un ? A vos petites cuillères ! Pour la recette, je suis partie d’une des bases de ce livre. Tous les cheesecakes n’ont pas de bases solides, mais moi je les préfère ainsi. A la poudre, j’ai aussi rajouté des éclats d’amande. J’ai fait fondre du beurre, là encore un peu à l’oeil. Étape importante : la préparation du plat. Une fois votre moule prêt, vous le foncez avec la pâte sablée. On est d’accord, le vrai cheesecake se fait avec du Philadelphia. On mélange les deux crèmes avec 100 gr de sucre. On rajoute 3 œufs entiers en les incorporant un par un :).
