CopBlock Founder Faces 21 Years in Prison on “Wiretapping” Charges for Filming Police

The charges are a result of a vlog Mueller posted on CopBlock.org about an incident involving alleged police misconduct, which featured recorded interviews of on-duty public officials. Mueller’s report focused on video recorded by a student’s cell phone at Manchester’s West High School, which depicted Officer Darren Murphy slamming a 17-year-old boy into a cafeteria table in October of 2011.

Although public officials told the student to delete the video, it ended up in Adam Mueller’s hands instead. After Producing Her Birth Certificate. The FBI vs. Frank Lloyd Wright. By JEFFREY ST.

The FBI vs. Frank Lloyd Wright

CLAIR Frank Lloyd Wright once boasted that he didn’t design his buildings to last for more than a century. It’s not something you hear from many architects. But that doesn’t mean Wright was being humble. Indeed, there’s a hefty element of hubris to this admission. Then again it was true. It’s also an idea that Wright swiped from the Japanese, whose traditional houses were temporal structures, built to last for only for a few years. More fundamentally, Wright held to the theory that a house should be designed to reflect the specific needs and personality of its occupants.

This was a way to keep architecture moving forward, to keep on, as Wright said, “breaking out of the box”. TSA Checkpoints Exposed: Journalist Tracked, Targeted & Harassed for Filming. The defense and prosecution were given opportunity to argue a defense motion to dismiss on the basis that the government is pursuing a “selective” and “vindictive” prosecution. Robert Trout, a defense attorney for Kiriakou, stated, “The government should not be punishing people for First Amendment activity in the absence of showing harm to the United States.” He suggested the Espionage Act, which Kiriakou is charged under, is vague and overly broad.

Photograph: Cliff Owen/AP Bradley Manning, the soldier accused of being behind the biggest leak of state secrets in US history, is being denied a fair trial because the army is withholding from him crucial information that might prove his innocence or reduce his sentence, his defence team is arguing. With Manning's court-martial approaching in September, his legal team has released details of what they claim is a shocking lack of diligence on the part of the military prosecutors in affording him his basic constitutional rights.
