What you'll need Decorator weight fabric1/2-inch fusible hem tapeFabric glueScissorsIron and ironing boardFabric tape measureRegular tape measureMini blinds What you'll do Decide which window you want to create a Roman shade for. Use your tape measure to measure the width and height of your window. Iron the fabric to remove any wrinkles or creases. Measure out your fabric. Cut the fabric to size. Fold in both sides of the fabric 1/2-inch and press. Lay the hem tape in the fold in the fabric. Use the iron to fuse the hem tape into place.

Repeat steps 6 through 8 for the top and bottom edges of the fabric, then lay the fabric out, printed side down. Apply a generous amount of fabric glue to the front of the top bar of the mini blinds. Trim the ladder cord between each mini blind. Reversible Purse.
