Each color represents a different value; Faith, Divine Nature, Knowledge, Individual Worth, Integrity, Good Works, Choice & Accountability and Virtue. The theme was “walking in faith.” Loved it! To make these I cut the Pirouette Cookies in half and then a slight slant on one end. I use royal icing as glue, (my favorite recipe is HERE,) placing it in these 3 spots, with the slant side of the Pirouette up.

A lot of cake's that I have experimented with before are like a vanilla cake with bits of Oreo in them, which didn't really give them enough Oreo flavor. But these were a lot better. I used a dark chocolate fudge cake mix instead of just a regular chocolate cake mix, which went really well with the cookies and gave the cakes just a little more flavor.
