Will Bryant

Will Bryant makes work about language, nostalgia, the senses, and nonsenses. This includes and is not limited to 90s basketball, cats, pop culture, art history, and self deprecation. The work can be experienced in various forms such as drawing, painting, printmaking, publications, sculpture, and events. Whatever form it takes, it remains light-hearted and full of personality. He is currently an MFA Student in studio practice at Portland State University. In addition, he teaches in the design department and juggles commercial illustration clients.

Jason and Kim were married this past September at Stage 6 at Steiner Studios in Brooklyn. Even though Brooklyn is just a hop skip away from Manhattan where they live, they felt as if it was their own special destination for their wedding day. Because of the location, they liked the idea of celebrating Brooklyn throughout their stationery in a vintage fashion. The lace inspiration came from the bride's dress and the leaf stamp on the wax seal represented central park where Jason proposed to Kim.

our third annual calendar is in the shop, just in time for your holiday giving! our love affair with asian restaurants and fortune cookie fortunes continues with our handprinted calendar in bright peacock blue and fire red to make your whole year merry and bright. You may have noticed that over the past few months the pace of posting has slowed significantly. We’ve noticed this too. http://redblackbrown.com/blog/

The last couple of months I have been doing a lot of work reassessing the Seamless brands while we work on their revised designs, both online and off. And in the process I’ve been doing some soul searching about what it is I actually want to do with my time. Over and over again I fall into the trap of saying, “Yes!” to too many things, which has simply resulted in having too little time to focus on the things that make me happy.

Verónica de Arriba features her illustrations on accessories, t-shirts, bags and prints through Depeapa . I love illustrations but I’m always second guessing a purchase because with limited wall space, I don’t want a piece to end up in a closet. So, I love that Verónica offers her prints on a variety of items. Plus, it’s a great way for others to see her work. Check out her process and more of her work on her blog . Speed in typography is normally associated with implied speed: italics, obliques, and pen gestures.

I believe Imaginista’s office is one of the most impressive creative spaces I have seen. Not only is the interior incredible, but the views outside are amazing as well – and you’ve got to love their neighborhood.

In the already saturated market of letterpress paper goods, Simplesong Design needed a website and image that allowed them to stand out. The result is a fresh, modern and friendly site that showcases their beautiful work. The shop section provides potential customers with a wide shot and close-up of each product, as well as a link to the etsy page where it can be purchased. http://seamlesscreative.com/projects/index.php?project=simplesong
