Im Auftrag des Bundesverbandes der Musikindustrie e.V., (IFPI.de), erklärt die “simpleshow” die wesentlichsten ökonomischen Zusammenhänge dieses oft so unüberschaubaren “Dschungels”. Das Ziel des gut fünf Minuten dauernden Clips: “Wenn Konsumenten verstehen, wie viele verschiedene Akteure an der Entstehung, Vermarktung und Verbreitung eines Songs oder Albums beteiligt sind, steigt auch ihre Bereitschaft, dafür zu bezahlen”, so BVMI-Geschäftsführer Stefan Michalk.
Dieser erste Film, so heißt es hierzu weiter, sei ein weiterer Baustein in der Aufklärungsinitiative des BVMI.
