It has a more bitter taste than its more familiar cousin. It takes beautifully to sautéing or braising. Feel free to substitute broccoli in this recipe if you prefer.

I’m a sucker for cinnamon rolls, especially when they are homemade and fresh from the oven. I think I have the best recipe with pudding in the mix. I couldn’t whip up a batch of my cinnamon rolls to share with the What Cheer gang, because they contain gluten.
