Sarà una giornata di lezione frontale con laboratorio, dedicata soprattutto a chi non possiede conoscenze di programmazione e vuole avvicinarsi a questa metodologia di analisi e rappresentazione delle comunità on-line. Il corso si rivolge a social media manager, community manager, digital marketers, data analyst e scienziati sociali; a chiunque venda prodotti o servizi attraverso i social network, e voglia individuare gli influencer della propria nicchia di mercato.
