But if this news is any indication, Tim Hortons might be in for quite a PR problem. What Happened On Sunday, a young boy had an asthma attack at one of the Tim Hortons restaurants in London, Ontario. He asked store employees if he could call 9-1-1 for an ambulance. What? Thankfully, another patron in the restaurant saw what was going on and used her phone to dial 9-1-1. She was understandably horrified by what was going on. The employees were not only rude, but they didn’t seem to want to offer the boy suffering the asthma attack any kind of help, Sproat said.
