If It's Hip, It's Here

There's no better way to ease your child's anxiety than to let them carry you around with them wherever they go. But chances are you're a busy parent who, sadly, cannot fit into their pocket. However, you can fit a photo of yourself and any loved one into an adorable plush character called a Huggalo.

http://www.designspotter.com/ Genius design for a better everyday The new BraunPrize 2012 is embracing the increased relevance of well-designed products that help improve all aspects of everyday life. With most people´s daily challenges becoming increasingly complex and demanding, we are relying on ubiquitous technology, highly connected social structures and our ability to cope with a fast, 24/7 lifestyle. Our everyday has become an artificial environment of architecture and technology and while it seems that the quantity of products around us is consistently increasing, their level of quality is not.

Even though I've always loved using color and pattern in my work, I used to be really scared of mixing-and-matching patterns or overdoing it on color in my wardrobe. But lately, I've been playing a game with myself to see how much of either I can wear from head-to-toe. It's a really fun challenge to figure out how many colors I can really wear at once and not look crazy. Or, what's the best mix of patterns that still work together? With color, I try and stick to shades with similar saturation levels for the top or bottoms, and then a brighter pop with one of the pieces {shoes or bag in this case} . http://ohjoy.blogs.com/my_weblog/

Il exprime son approche du design par la définition «Beauty to the eye from the art of manufacturing.». Ses créations allient toujours des matériaux issus de la nature à des formes épurées, simples et atemporelles.
http://www.tuvie.com/ The concept is very simple. Koishi planter pot monitors the activity within a plant and transforms it into an audio-visual improvisational performance. We can't talk to plants but interacting is different. It's nice to put a plant in the limelight for a change. The music played through the pot is produced instantaneously.
