Ce produit définit les compétences TIC que les enseignants doivent eux-mêmes posséder en vue de les transmettre aux apprenants. Mais il va plus loin en intégrant dans ces compétences des aptitudes à l'accompagnement des apprenants en usage des TIC aux fins d'apprentissage collaboratif, de créativité et de résolution de problèmes.
