Tuesday Tip: Coffee Ice Cubes. Spring is in full swing, which means it’s the time of year for iced coffee. And if you’re anything like me, lots of it. I love iced coffee. Creamy, smooth, robust, a hint of sweet, and a healthy dose of caffeine. But what a bummer when you get to the end of your glass and all you’ve got left is gross pale brown water. Solution? I use a ratio of about 2/3 of the concentrate to 1/3 water, stir in a spoonful of sugar and some half-and-half, and finally I plop in some coffee ice cubes.

Then I smile because life just got a little sweeter. And a lot more energized. Cold-Brewed Iced Coffee Total time Author: Kare Recipe type: Beverage. Cake Batter Martini « « Vippins.com Vippins.com.
