439IV - Ivory Avalon Dress - Gothic, romantic, steampunk clothing from The Dark Angel

The Avalon dress has a corset style bodice made from a beautiful, ornate brocade. The bodice is fully boned to each seam. Attached to the bodice is a skirt that is made from meters and meters of matching shot Chiffon, that falls in deep drapes and a long sweeping train. Under the layers of Chiffon is a layer of gathered satin, the same satin fully lines the bodice. The back of the bodice fastens with satin ribbons through tiny eyelets. Please Note: This dress is available in standard sizes but we hold very limited stocks.

Larissa & Red's Game-filled, Art Centre Wedding

We were on a really limited budget, since one of us is a jobless graduate student, but we also wanted to be able to provide our guests with a really great night. We saved loads by opting for a Registry Office ceremony (we just had to pay the cost of getting married), and we had our reception in the local Arts Centre. We didn't care about things like chair covers or cutlery, so instead we left the chairs bare and served only food that could be eaten with one's hands.

There were Converse chucks, a lolly buffet, Polaroid guest book and transformers cuff links; little touches that although have been used many times before, really reflected the personality and feel of our bridal party. Our ceremony was totally us, we walked down the aisle together, we wrote our own vows and our celebrant wrote a fantastic introduction of the history of our relationship which got a lot of laughs and some surprising (almost) tears from guests. Chrissy & Danny's double wedding (part two): victorian, british countryside, high-tea wedding.

My themeless wedding: proving you don't need a theme to get hitched

Conversations go something like this… Them: "But you're going to, right? "Me: "Nope. Can't really think of a single thing that would really capture all our interests in one go. "Them: "Oh, so you're gonna have, like, several themes then! " Now, I'm pretty sure this has more to do with others' perceptions of "proper wedding planning," and much less to do with some sort of mysteriously themed and color-coordinated life that I've been leading without realizing it. Erica & Erin's decadent, artistic, feminine, fantasy, winery wedding.

Yay! Lenny & Mark's handfasting and dancing castle wedding. Both Lenny's fantabulous bridespaint AND their cat invites were featured previously, and with good reason. Read on for the rest of their lovely story. Claire & Stevie's Sydney meets Edinburgh garden wedding. The offbeat bride: Claire, Architect Her offbeat partner: Stevie, Sailmaker Date and location of wedding: Kirknewton Stables, Edinburgh, UK — July 13, 2011 What made our wedding offbeat: I never dreamt about being a bride like other girls, so Stevie and I started from scratch with how we wanted the day to be. My black and white dress was a huge secret (only my mum and bridesmaids knew) and everyone gasped when I walked into the garden.

I never wear white, so it seemed ridiculous I would wear white on our wedding day. Tell us about the ceremony: Juliet Wilson, our humanist celebrant, encouraged and guided the writing of our personalized vows. Claire: I vow to strive to make you happy at every moment. Our old friend Sarah read a beautiful story that she wrote about how Stevie and I met in Edinburgh and our time together there.
