The Art of Sharing
Impression de photos sur toile et tableaux photos en ligne
Thanks to services like Twitter and Instagram, and the global ‘smartphone saturation’ phenomenon, live reporting from big events has never been easier. No longer do we have to rely on professionals to deliver content and images from these events, we have our extended social networks doing this for us. And, because so many of these updates get fired into the ‘public’ timeline, virtually any update from anywhere can be found and shared in a matter of seconds. But, with all of this content creation happening, who is making sense of it, giving it some order and structure? You, of course.

PseudoDocumentation
PseudoDocumentation is David DiMichele ’s series of large-scales photographs, which depict magnificent installations in imaginary exhibition spaces. David first constructs a model of an imaginary exhibition space and then inserts his art work into it. The techniques of his works vary from drawings and paintings to sculptures and installations.Buchsteiner Art Management
Andreas Feininger, born in 1906, is the oldest son of famous painter Lyonel Feininger, and belongs to a generation of artists who, following the First World War, discovered photography anew and developed novel photographic approaches. Andreas Feininger’s lifework has been defined by two main thematic areas: cityscapes and nature studies. The architecture and life in his adopted hometown, New York, have captured imaginations for decades. And again and again, Feininger captured the poetry of the Manhattan skyline, its urban canyons, its skyscrapers, its bridges and elevated trains in images rich with atmosphere. With equal enthusiasm he also dedicated himself to nature photography.East Photographic | Artist roster

As 2011 comes to a close I want to thank you all once again for continuing to support Booooooom! I am amazed that even after four years the site continues to grow at a rapid pace. 45,000 good looking people now follow Booooooom on Twitter , and our Facebook family has grown to over 74,000! I’m also starting something new in 2012 called the Secret Email Club but I’ll tell you more about it in the new year. A huge high-five to everyone who participated in any of our projects this year. The response to our Remake project was especially insane so I owe a sincere thank you to everyone who shared it (although it crushed our server and nearly brought down our entire site when the MOMA, Walker Art Center, Huffington Post, and several other huge sites all shared it at the same time).1. Believe in yourself I have said this time and time again, and I will continue to say it until the day I die. I believe that confidence is the best thing you can find when it comes to being successful in any part of life. If you don’t believe in yourself, how can you expect others to believe in you?
