© Roos Mestdagh Kok: Florinela Petcu Benodigdheden 2 aardappelen, gewassen 25 g gist 100 g roomGroentewijzer > knolselder > recept Gestampte knolselderij (Montignac, vetmaaltijd, fase 1) ( http://www.devlamindepan.nl/ ) 1 knolselderij olijfolie 1 handvol verse tijm (alleen de blaadjes) 2 tenen knoflook (fijngehakt) zeezout zwarte peper uit de molen 3 à 4 el water of bouillon. Snij de knolselderij in blokjes van ongeveer 1 bij 1 centimeter. Zet een braadpan met 3 flinke scheuten olijfolie op hoog vuur en doe daar de knolselderij, tijm en knoflook met een beetje peper en zout in. Roer goed door zodat overal een laagje olie op zit en laat 5 min op vrij hoog vuur bakken totdat het begint te kleuren.
