http://anniescookinglab.com/2011/11/12/cookie-dough-truffles/ Last weekend a friend I decided to neglect our school work and go for a hike in the snow followed by dinner and a movie at my house. I had all the ingredients on hand for some tasty Corn and Cheese Chowder which was perfect way to warm up after a cold hike. My friend said she’d be in charge of bringing ingredients for us to make dessert and I was so excited to see that she’d picked out these truffles! Eating the cookie dough is usually one of the best parts of making cookies, but then you feel bad because you’re supposed to be making cookies- not snacking on the dough! These cute little truffles taste just like cookie dough and since they don’t have any eggs, they’re totally safe to eat. These can be decorated in all sorts of creative ways and they’ll look like a suitable ‘grown up’ dessert, even though you’re eating cookie dough!

Crafts: Nutella Ice Cream - StumbleUpon

This simple recipe isn't really ice cream, but you'll think it is when you're eating it. Actually you'll just think it's the best thing you've ever eaten. Pay attention to the health bits, Portion control or you'll eat the whole batch. You can substitute Almond Butter if you want to make this a healthy recipe, or if you just hate being happy. http://www.rumkihn.com/2011/11/nutella-ice-cream.html

How to Make Marshmallow Fondant - Clockwork Lemon - StumbleUpon

This time I decided to make it with those mini fruit flavored marshmallows. I had to sort them by colour first. I figured they would add a little bit of flavor to the fondant so I wouldn't have to add much flavoring oil. http://seddy5.typepad.com/blog/2010/05/how-to-make-marshmallow-fondant.html

Puppy Chow Recipe | Muddy Buddies | Savory Sweet Life - Easy Recipes from an...

I LOVE LOVE LOVE when some of the most yummiest treats are also the most easiest to make. Ten years ago my friend Nancy gave each woman in our small group a beautifully packaged container of Puppy Chow aka Muddy Buddies. This was the first time I had ever had this “crazy good” treat. From the first bite I was hooked but also intrigued by what it was made of. When she told me how she made it I couldn’t believe it because it was such an easy recipe yet the combination of all the ingredients produced such a wonderful taste. http://savorysweetlife.com/2009/12/puppy-chow-recipe-muddy-buddies/

Happy Wednesday, beautiful people. Factoid for you: Getting my car serviced stresses me. To deal, I totally made Churro Tots. Throw in stress eating and calls to dad, and it some how made everything okay. I encourage it!
