Add a third of a cup of yogurt. Whisk gently, by hand — you don’t want to start turning this into whipped cream — then cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Hello! Baked Panko Onion Rings. Baked Panko Onion Rings I know onion rings aren’t for everyone and honestly they’re not even always something I like. They have to be cooked just right. I don’t like them too thick and they can’t be super juicy either. I like them more on the thin and crispy side. This weekend I made a split batch of onion rings for testing purposes. You need these. Ingredients: 1 yellow onion 1C panko breadcrumbs 1/4C plain breadcrumbs 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp cayenne (optional) 2 eggs Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
