Melt 1/2 bag of Mini-Chips {5 second interval in the microwave, stirring really good each time} Dip the flat end of the Hershey's Kiss into melted chocolate and top with a bite-size NutterButter.
http://www.crazydomestic.com/2010/12/melted-snowman-cookies.html I saw a picture of these the other day on Allrecipes.com and thought it was such a cute idea, I had to try it. After googleing it, I found a good tutorial on Stacy's Sweet Shop . I modified a few things to make it more simple for me (less homemade more store bought). To see the original Melted Snowman Cookie , and meet the inventor herself, go check out Meaghan (great name) @ The Decorated Cookie ! Here's what I used: •1 package Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix •10 large marshmallows •Betty Crocker Cookie Icing (white and orange) •Wilton Decorating Icing Tubes in Black, Red, Green, Blue and Pink ***it would have been a lot cheaper if I had just made the icing myself, see Stacy's tutorial for a good recipe)***

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Truffles

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Truffles I’ve never liked chocolate chip cookies. Go ahead and throw tomatoes at me if you’d like, but I don’t like ‘em.

Better-Than-Crack-Brownies

http://www.howsweeteats.com/2010/08/better-than-crack-brownies/ I’m sorry for doing this to you. I really am. But see, last Friday while I was on a 10-hour road trip heading for vacation, I received this recipe from a reader named Liz. Liz, I love you.
Last weekend a friend I decided to neglect our school work and go for a hike in the snow followed by dinner and a movie at my house. I had all the ingredients on hand for some tasty Corn and Cheese Chowder which was perfect way to warm up after a cold hike. My friend said she’d be in charge of bringing ingredients for us to make dessert and I was so excited to see that she’d picked out these truffles! Eating the cookie dough is usually one of the best parts of making cookies, but then you feel bad because you’re supposed to be making cookies- not snacking on the dough! These cute little truffles taste just like cookie dough and since they don’t have any eggs, they’re totally safe to eat.

The Infamous Jacques Torres Chocolate Chip Cookies

Now, I have a chocolate chip cookie recipe that I swear by. I love it, I think it is incredible, and I haven’t changed my mind about that. However, as much as it pains me to say it, these chocolate chip cookies by Jacques Torres are absolutely, without a doubt, the best chocolate chip cookies that I have ever made or tasted in my entire life. I guess that’s why they call him Mr. Chocolate! These are a chocolate chip cookie of another color, that’s for sure. http://crepesofwrath.net/2011/06/29/infamous-jacques-torres-chocolate-chip-cookies/

Skeleton Gingerbread Men Cookies

Who says gingerbread men are just for Christmas? (Really, who does say that? I’m assuming someone does) It’s time to rip off the lederhosen and get ready for a Halloween edition.

Alex Hilbrown’s Culinary Journeys - Blondies..not Brownies! - Community | Great British Life

19th January 2011 18:42:34 These are a yummy alternative to chocolate brownies. I found the recipe in a magazine and amended slightly, I love how filling they are and they are best slightly warm, so the chocolate pieces are still gooey! Ingredients 200g porridge oats 100g plain flour ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda 150g unsalted butter 100g light brown sugar 397g can condensed milk 1 egg 100g dark chocolate 50g milk chocolate Method Preheat oven to 180°c and line a square cake tin with foil.
