Finalmente riesco a parlarvi del contest al quale facevo riferimento qualche post fa. Si tratta di un concorso organizzato dalle Fattorie Fiandino in collaborazione con Sandra di Un tocco di zenzero e, come avrete già intuito, il protagonista è ancora una volta il burro 1889 salato. Alcuni di voi ricorderanno che per il precedente contest avevo preparato un gelato al caramello al burro salato. Questa volta, dopo le iniziali esitazioni, ho scelto di seguire l’istinto ed utilizzare il burro salato per fare dei macarons. Si, in effetti ci voleva solo un concorso, unito alle vostre numerosissime richieste, per spingermi a rifare i macarons dopo il fallimento dell’ultima volta. E pensare che mi ero ripromessa di non farne più fino a quando non avrei cambiato forno. Per essere ricco è ricco, non vi dico di no, ma quando fuori fa freddo, piove o c’è la nebbia, bisognerà pur concedersi un piccolo vizio?! Ovviamente è un dolce che va mangiato a piccolissime dosi, almeno per me, e magari non dopo un pasto sostanzioso, ma tanto che ve lo dico a fare?
